Job summary

HeroPlay Indonesia is seeking a Community Manager who understands gaming culture and can build an active, engaged, and sustainable community. You will develop growth strategies, design engagement programs, and foster relationships with gaming communities, creators, and partners to drive loyalty and on-ground activation.

You will work with Content, Partnerships, Commercial, and Technical teams to steer community development and implement initiatives across the HeroPlay ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in community strategy, community management, growth marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in gaming, digital entertainment, or consumer technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and online communities.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international teams.
• Experience working with gaming creators, influencers, or partners is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HeroPlay's overall community strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable community programs, initiatives, and events.
• Identify opportunities via gaming communities, creators, influencers, and partnerships.
• Develop strategic plans for community-led campaigns, gaming challenges, tournaments, and events.
• Collaborate with Content and Social Media teams to translate strategy into content directions and campaigns briefs.
• Work with Partnerships and Technical teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and user activation.
• Prepare regular strategic reports and recommendations covering growth, engagement, and performance.
