Job summary

HeroPlay Indonesia is seeking a Voucher & Webshop Operations Executive to oversee the digital voucher and gaming store operations. You will manage product listings, pricing, and catalogue hygiene while monitoring performance across categories and suppliers.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Technical teams to improve the shopping experience and promotional execution, translating sales data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation with multiple suppliers.
• English written and spoken fluency for international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of HeroPlay Store catalogues, availability, pricing and hygiene.
• Monitor performance across voucher categories, products, and suppliers to identify trends and margins.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on sales volume, pricing, and reliability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and webshop partners to secure offers and promotions.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and supplier performance reports with insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Technical teams to improve shopping experience and efficiency.
