Job summary

HeroPlay Indonesia is seeking a creative Gaming Social Media Content Creator to turn gaming experiences, trends, and product features into engaging content for social channels. You will become one of HeroPlay's content faces, representing the brand through videos, demos, and promotional content.

You will manage day-to-day operations of community channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord), facilitate discussions, boost participation, moderate conversations, and support initiatives per the strategy

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in social media content creation or a related role.
Genuine interest in gaming, with a good understanding of gaming culture, trends and audience behavior.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills with ability to develop engaging concepts, scripts, captions, and copy.
Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social media formats.
Familiarity with short-form video editing tools and basic editing techniques is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio of relevant social media content, preferably including gaming-related content, is required.
Good written Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
Creative, proactive, adaptable, and willing to experiment with new content formats and ideas.

Responsibilities

Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts, captions, and copy for HeroPlay's social media channels.
Research gaming trends, popular content formats, creators, and online conversations to identify new content opportunities.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to align content with community strategies and engagement objectives.
Work with Motion Graphic Designers and stakeholders to deliver content per briefs and calendars.
Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement) and use insights to improve future content.
Maintain a consistent production schedule and ensure content meets briefs, quality standards, and deadlines.
