Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking a GM Product leader for its Distributor Security System and Display product lines. You will own end-to-end market engagement from principals to end users, including forecasting, inventory, budgeting, launches and pricing strategy.

You will work with sales, presales, and engineers to deliver compelling solutions, gather market insights, train the sales team, and drive growth across Jakarta and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Three+ years as a Product Manager in Security System and Display products for projects/solutions.
• Ability to conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Strong data analysis skills using Pivot, HLookup, VLookup in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create forecasts, order products and manage inventory.
• Develop and manage the product division budget for profitable growth.
• Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, PR and events.
• Collaborate with sales to set pricing strategies for the product portfolio.
• Deliver product presentations to customers and translate technical concepts.
• Cultivate relationships with end users, partners and principals; pursue partnerships.
• Provide product knowledge training to the sales team.
• Analyze market trends and competitive products to guide product direction.
• Coordinate with Presales and Engineering for solution proposals and POCs.
• Gather customer feedback and report on product performance to management.
