Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya seeks a results-driven Sales Project professional for CCTV, access control, and security systems in Jakarta. You will develop and manage project partners, pursue new accounts, and drive revenue through targeted roadshows and strategic partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in project sales, English proficiency, and a driving license with willingness to travel within West Jakarta and Jabodetabek. Laptop and vehicle ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System products for projects.
• Must own a vehicle and a laptop; ability to travel for business.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a priority; strong communication skills.
• Experience in developing and managing project-based accounts and partners.

Responsibilities

• Create projects with principals and partners or directly pursue end users and assign to partners.
• Sell CCTV, Access Control, Door Lock, Barrier Gate & Security System products to Project Partners.
• Develop and manage Project Partners including ME, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, SI, IT consultants, dealers, resellers, and owners.
• Forecast annual sales quotas and project volumes; analyze market competition and trends.
• Travel within West Jakarta and Jabodetabek for roadshows and market expansion.
