Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Security Systems company in recruiting a General Manager of Sales. The role oversees the CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and integrated security sales team and drives revenue growth through strategic planning and major tenders.

The GM will build partnerships with principals and distributors, manage P&L for the division, and collaborate with related divisions to deliver integrated solutions. English is required and a car with SIM A/C is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager and 10 years in B2B security systems sales.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and integrated security.
• Familiar with government tender processes.
• Must own a personal vehicle and hold SIM A or C license.
• Minimum conversational English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Security Systems sales team (Managers, Supervisors, Executives).
• Define sales strategies, targets and annual business plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals/brands, distributors, and national accounts.
• Manage CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security product portfolio.
• Lead government, SOE and corporate tender initiatives.
• Own P&L for the Security Systems division.
• Collaborate with ME P, AV, and Digital Office to deliver integrated solutions.
• Recruit, train and develop the sales team.
• Other tasks as assigned.
