Job summary

PT. PACIFIC TECH DISTRIBUTION INDONESIA is seeking a Product Sales Manager to define product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans for security solutions.

You will drive revenue through sales enablement and partner incentives, and manage the full lifecycle from analysis to end-of-life. You will train and enable channel partners, SI partners, and internal sales teams to increase adoption and close deals, while maintaining vendor relationships and coordinating joint marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management, business development, or channel management in IT/cybersecurity distribution or SI partners.
• Proven experience with distributors, VARs, MSPs, or SI partners and engagement with end-users.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, positioning, pricing, and GTM plans for assigned security solutions.
• Drive revenue growth with sales enablement materials, campaigns, promotions, and partner incentives.
• Manage full product lifecycle from market analysis to launch, roadmap input, and end-of-life.
• Train and enable channel partners and internal sales teams to increase adoption and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with vendor partners; coordinate product updates and joint marketing.
• Gather market feedback and competitor activity to inform product and channel strategies.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and customer success for pilots and handovers.
• Track KPIs and report performance; propose corrective actions to hit targets.
• Support field engagement with joint customer visits, RFPs, demos, and PoC activities.
