Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and Bahasa Indonesia, English skills.
• Experience in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promoting, develop target list and initiate contact with potential customers.
• Introduce the company and services to potential customers and build ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrate products and services and assist with solutions via consultative selling.
• Work with customers to understand strategic vision and align products/services.
• Increase business with established and new customers over time.
• Develop proposals/quotations for clients.
• Resolve customer complaints or problems.
• Coordinate sales with overseas offices, operations, service and accounting.
• Maintain and develop business; present Business Reviews to clients.
• Analyze market potential and determine client value.
• Manage accounts receivable to keep current.
• Achieve profitable business aligned with company goals.
• Create Quality objectives for Sales Department.
• Support Health, Safety and Environment objectives daily.
• Call on potential customers to develop new business.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to solicit business.
• Collect market information for management.
• Aim for 100% territory coverage.
• Sustain market leadership in all products and lanes.
