Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an IT Support professional in Jakarta who will manage, develop, and support the technology infrastructure powering our global systems.

You'll provide hands-on support to end users, maintain and improve IT infrastructure, and help ensure reliability, security, and performance across our distributed teams worldwide. This role offers an opportunity to grow technical expertise in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and end-user devices.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS; Linux or MacOS is a plus.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networks, and backups is preferred.
• Understanding of IT security practices and patch management.
• Power Automate or Power Apps experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Structured, methodical, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and provision operating systems, applications, and end-user hardware in line with standards.
• Manage and maintain endpoint devices through RMM/MDM/EMM platforms.
• Support core IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and backup systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Support IT security and compliance through patch management, antivirus, access controls, and IT policies.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and configurations.
• Assist in user onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and decommissioning.
• Contribute to IT projects like upgrades and system rollouts; support disaster recovery testing.
