Job summary

PT Infrastruktur Bisnis Sejahtera in Jakarta is seeking an IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT systems across on-site environments. You will handle servers, network devices, storage, backup, and end-user devices while ensuring system stability and security.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and networking, plus collaboration with admins and external vendors to drive IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and IT hardware/software.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, and managed network devices.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting servers, storage, backup systems, network infrastructure, and IT security.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues through remote or onsite assistance.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage, backup, and end-user devices.
• Monitor system performance, network connectivity, security, and IT services to ensure stability and availability.
• Manage user access, IT assets, preventive maintenance, system updates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Network, System Administrator, Security, and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support IT improvements.
