Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in IT Support or IT staff roles.
• Proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network configuration, LAN, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik, and basic server management.
• Proficiency in PHP programming and web development production.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and office devices.
• Manage internet networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, and company servers to run smoothly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform regular data backups and contribute to system and data security.
• Support development and maintenance of websites and internal applications.
