Job summary

NTT DATA in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our EUC team. The role focuses on end-user computing support, incident resolution, and fulfilling service requests in a client environment.

You will perform IMAC tasks for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while adhering to ITIL-based processes and improving SLA performance. English communication is essential for internal coordination and client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in End User Computing, IT Support or Asset Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office and end user hardware.
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment
• Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework
• Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment
• Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements
