Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, spoken and written, mandatory (HSK 5).
• Minimum 5 years in HR Generalist/HR Management roles.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and employee management.
• Experience handling Industrial Relations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall HR General Affairs functions, with the GA team reporting directly into this role.
• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Oversee daily HR operations and employee administration.
• Handle and support Industrial Relations matters.
