Job summary

PT Chenyu Construction Group is seeking an HRGA Manager to lead HR and general affairs across the holding entities. You will craft HR policies, implement SOPs, and drive performance management, talent development, and payroll-related processes.

The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and the ability to align HR practices with group strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. English fluency is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR/GA with managerial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll, BPJS, compensation & benefits, and GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems across Holding & Sub-Holding.
• Lead the design and implementation of an integrated performance management framework including KPI governance, evaluation, and talent development.
• Drive Company Culture Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
• Oversee Payroll, BPJS, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
• Manage General Affairs, facilities, and vendors.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate HRGA matters with stakeholders across the group.
• Lead the HRGA team and provide strategic HR advice to management.
