Job summary

PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express) is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines across channels. This role supports employee engagement initiatives and maintains recruitment data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has Mandarin proficiency, a relevant bachelor's degree, 1–2 years HR experience, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in recruitment or HR.
• Proficient in Mandarin (listening, reading, writing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
