Job summary

DYNA SOUL SOLUTIONS is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to scale the agency by bringing in new clients and unlocking growth opportunities across global markets. You will lead identifying potential clients, building relationships, pitching services, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidate has experience in business development or sales in a marketing/creative/digital agency, with strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of agency services and how to position them to prospective clients.
• Experience acquiring international clients or developing business in global markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, resourceful and target-driven mindset with ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across international markets.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, from outreach to closing deals.
• Research target markets and uncover new opportunities for agency growth.
• Present services, develop tailored proposals, and communicate value to clients.
• Establish connections with decision-makers across industries and markets.
• Lead sales conversations, negotiate terms, and convert prospects to paying clients.
• Collaborate with internal team to align client needs with capabilities and identify growth opportunities.
• Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth.
