Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for professional/business communication.
• Proven experience crafting proposals and delivering solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure (BAU & tender projects).
• Drive new client acquisition aligned with segmentation strategy and contribute directly to revenue targets.
• Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client objectives.
• Increase multi-service client ratio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
• Maintain structured CRM documentation and a healthy SQL pipeline.
• Participate in tenders and support Mandarin communication in meetings and negotiations.
