Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with importers/exporters and logistics stakeholders in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, documentation, and freight pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Managerial up position can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing new opportunities in B2B freight forwarding.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Expand market presence in key industries in Indonesia.
• Prepare competitive quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
