Job summary

PT. DAWU SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INDONESIA in Surabaya is hiring a Sales Executive to drive air and ocean freight sales, grow the customer base, and promote the company’s forwarding services.

You will build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, and manage a sales pipeline to support business growth. The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, fluent English (Mandarin preferred), and at least 1 year in freight forwarding sales; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Fluent English is a must; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding sales (1+ year) preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation, shipping, logistics and supply chain.
• Strong market insight and high responsibility.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop air/ocean freight sales to increase company revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Manage a sales pipeline to support business growth.
• Promote the company’s forwarding services to customers.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and orders.
• Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
• Communicate with buyers and traders in the USA through professional channels.
• Handle FOB shipments.
