Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a forwarding firm in Jakarta Selatan to hire a Forwarding Sales Supervisor. The role focuses on managing quotations, arranging operations, and driving new sales activities mainly via referrals, including coordinating import/export cases with overseas bases.

The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of sales experience in a Japanese forwarding company, strong documentation skills for import/export, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in a Japanese forwarding company.
• Ability to handle import and export documentation.
• Strong communication skills for overseas correspondence.
• Fluent English conversation level.
• Mandarin language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's internal operations department (including issuing quotations and arrangement operations).
• Conduct new sales activities (mainly through referrals followed by forwarding business implementation).
• Handle communication with various overseas bases for import and export cases.
• Sales negotiations with new/existing customers.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and prepare quotes for customers.
• Documentation for sales related matter.
• Communicate with other team and report to director.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
