RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales and Operations to lead our freight forwarding business in Indonesia, overseeing import/export, delivery, and related operations. You will drive revenue, budget planning, and performance metrics while coordinating travel to Semarang, Surabaya, and Batam bases.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in forwarding management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication to align with global partners.

• Business level English for communication
• Experience in overall business management of forwarding, air/sea export logistics operations
