Job summary

Hyper Mega Shipping is seeking a sales-focused professional to identify and develop new freight forwarding opportunities in Indonesia. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma with 1–2 years in logistics, possess fluent English, strong negotiation/presentation skills, and a proactive approach to market trends and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export forwarding business and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients at various levels.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities through various communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support growth.
• Contribute to revenue and business development targets.
• Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
