RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a forwarding firm in Jakarta Selatan to hire a Forwarding Sales Supervisor. The role focuses on managing quotations, arranging operations, and driving new sales activities mainly via referrals, including coordinating import/export cases with overseas bases.

The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of sales experience in a Japanese forwarding company, strong documentation skills for import/export, and excellent English.

Competenze

• 3+ years sales experience in a Japanese forwarding company.
• Ability to handle import and export documentation.
• Strong communication skills for overseas correspondence.
• Fluent English conversation level.
• Mandarin language is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct new sales activities (mainly through referrals followed by forwarding business implementation)

Handle communication with various overseas bases for import and export cases

Sales negotiations with new/existing customers

Obtain quotes from vendors and prepare quotes for customers

Documentation for sales related matter

Communicate with other team and report to director

Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

More than 3 years sales experience in Japanese forwarding company

Ability to handle import and export documentation

Communication skills for overseas correspondence

More than high conversational level English

Stable career and understand Japanese company culture

Mandarin speaker is big plus
