Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably across multiple international markets.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, content, influencer, and performance marketing.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting, content development, and localization skills.
• Analytical and able to turn consumer and performance data into actionable insights.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating different markets and cultures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer and market insights into localized digital strategies, content, and messaging.
• Monitor consumer behavior, cultural trends, and competitors to identify market opportunities.
• Develop and localize content across social media, influencer, and performance marketing channels.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with Brand, Export, KOLs, creators, agencies, and other partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Optimize content, campaigns, and media investment based on performance insights.
• Work with Export, Brand, and other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with market and business objectives.
• Share market and campaign insights to improve future strategies.
