Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a strategic Full-Funnel Marketing Manager with strong TikTok-native expertise to drive integrated marketing strategies connecting consumer insights, creative, media, and commerce. You will lead across awareness to retention, aligning business objectives with measurable growth in Southeast Asia’s dynamic eCommerce landscape.

The role requires 8+ years in integrated or performance marketing, deep knowledge of TikTok ecosystem, and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in integrated marketing or performance marketing.
• Deep TikTok-native expertise across Ads, Shop, and livestream ecosystems.
• Proven ability to connect consumer insights, creative, media and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated full-funnel marketing strategies across Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Retention.
• Translate audience insights into clear audience strategies, consumer journeys, and growth opportunities.
• Lead full-funnel media planning with TikTok as the primary focus, alongside Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Connect paid media with organic content, creative strategy, KOLs, creators, affiliates, livestream, and TikTok Shop.
• Analyze campaigns and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve GMV, ROAS and revenue.
• Lead client discussions, pitches and cross-functional collaboration.
