Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply, especially from reputable universities.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident, result-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and overseas agents.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with overseas customers regarding freight forwarding services.
• Support the preparation of quotations, customer proposals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in generating leads and expanding the company's overseas customer portfolio.
• Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets.
