Job summary

PT. RSL Logistics Indonesia is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support daily communications with customers and coordinate shipments.

The role emphasizes handling status updates, quotations, and coordinating documentation with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations. Ideal candidates have mandarin and English fluency, a relevant diploma or degree, and 1–3 years in freight forwarding, especially with USA shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Experience in freight forwarding, especially handling shipments to the USA, is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) – will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.
