Job summary

PT Anggaraksa Internasional Multimoda (AIM Logistics) is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Staff in Jakarta Selatan to handle customer communications, quotations, and daily coordination with internal teams.

The role requires 1 year in relevant fields, good English, and strong MS Office skills. You will support operations and maintain relationships with customers in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Logistics or related role.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Able to coordinate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day communication and coordination with customers.
• Prepare quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Operations and other internal departments.
• Monitor service progress and follow up on operational activities related to customer requests.
• Ensure customer updates and operational information are communicated clearly to the teams.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer activities, requirements, challenges, and future plans.
• Support the Business Development Manager in maintaining customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Assist with administrative documentation related to customer and operational activities.
