Job summary

PT Guanya International Logistics is hiring a Sales Staff to drive new business in logistics and freight forwarding. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers and partners, and present tailored quotations to meet client needs.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving targets. English is required, Mandarin is a plus, and experience in sea/air freight is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK, D3 or S1.
• Experience in sales, especially in logistics/freight forwarding, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Having an existing customer network or strong client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities to increase sales of the company's logistics services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations according to customer needs.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and shipment processes.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports.
