Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in General Affairs.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle rental, leasing, and fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end travel management, visa and passport processing, and business trip arrangements.
• Experienced in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Fleet Management: manage vehicle rental, leasing, and maintenance documentation.
• Travel & Visa Administration: coordinate end-to-end corporate travel, bookings, visa and document processing.
• Facility & Office Operations: ensure smooth daily operations and manage third-party service providers.
• Procurement & Purchasing: oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to manage vendor relations and cross-departmental coordination

Job Description:

• Vehicle & Fleet Management: Manage operational vehicle rental and leasing workflows, oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, and handle necessary documentation (such as insurance and registration renewals).
• Travel & Visa Administration: Coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including accommodation bookings, transportation, and visa/document processing for domestic and international business trips.
• Facility & Office Operations: Ensure smooth daily office operations, maintain office facilities and equipment, and manage third-party service providers (such as cleaning services, security, and maintenance crews).
