Job summary

Ideal candidates have a marketing-related bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.

• 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or related field; beauty/FMCG preferred.
• Familiarity with trade promotions, in-store activities, merchandising, and retail activation.
• Good analytical skills with ability to work with sales data and performance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

• Support trade marketing strategies and activities to grow sales and brand visibility.
• Coordinate trade promotions, in-store campaigns, and retail activation across channels.
• Collect and analyze sales data, promotional results, and market information to inform decisions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain for smooth execution of programs.
• Assist in monitoring trade marketing budgets, promo expenses, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies, distributors, and retail partners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or a related field; experience in the Beauty or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
• Familiarity with trade promotions, in-store activities, merchandising, and retail activation.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data and performance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing Support: Assist in implementing trade marketing strategies and activities to support sales growth and increase brand visibility.
• Promotion & Activation: Coordinate trade promotions, in-store campaigns, and retail activation across various sales channels.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data, promotional results, and market information to support business decisions.
• Merchandising & Retail Execution: Monitor product displays, promotional materials, and in-store visibility to ensure execution aligns with brand standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing programs.
• Budget & Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring trade marketing budgets, tracking promotional expenses, and evaluating campaign performance.
• Agency & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies, distributors, and retail partners to support trade marketing activities.
