Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, a leader in the beauty industry, seeks a Performance Management & Operation Excellence Specialist to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for its premium brands from the Alam Sutera office.

You will analyze COGS, manufacturing costs, margins, and working capital, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure financial alignment and timely reporting for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in FP&A within FMCG, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong costing, P&L management, and working capital knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across commercial and manufacturing functions.
• Analyze COGS, COGM, cost structures, and margins to drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor P&L performance and provide variance analysis to guide decisions.
• Track working capital components to support cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain for financial alignment.
• Prepare financial reports and budget vs. actual analyses for stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in Costing, Manufacturing Flow, P&L Management and working capital management
• Proficient in Financial Planning with strong financial analysis skills
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in FMCG, commercial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experienced in collaborating and coordinating across departments, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Detail-oriented, accurate, and results-driven
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our Alam Sutera location

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycle across commercial and manufacturing functions, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Costing, COGS & Manufacturing Flow Analysis: Analyze COGS, COGM, cost structures, product margins, and manufacturing flows to identify cost variances, support cost-saving initiatives, and improve profitability.
• Profit & Loss Management: Monitor, analyze, and interpret P&L performance, identifying trends and variances to support business decision-making.
• Working Capital Optimization: Track and analyze working capital components to support healthy cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure financial alignment across business initiatives.
• Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual analysis to identify key variances and business drivers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights, business trends, and recommendations clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.
