Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, home to Hanasui and NCo, invites an IT Business Solution Architect Manager to lead enterprise IT strategy from Alam Sutera, Tangerang. You will shape architecture for ERP, MES, and digital platforms, aligning SAP ecosystems with business goals and cross-functional teams.

With 10+ years in IT architecture and strong leadership, you’ll guide integrations, data governance, and digital transformation across FMCG/retail domains, bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Internal IT Application Management, Enterprise Solution Architecture, or IT Consulting with at least 5-7 years in leadership.
• Proven track record designing, supporting, and scaling internal IT ecosystems in FMCG/Beauty/Manufacturing/retail sectors.
• Strong hands-on SAP ERP modules, MES, MRP, and Shop Floor Automation experience.
• Experience with system integration: RESTful APIs, SAP CPI/PI/PO, Middleware/ESB, Cloud platforms, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and execute enterprise IT solution architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with C-Level, BU Heads, and Plant Directors to address complex needs and transformations.
• Drive roadmap, integration, and optimization of SAP PP/MM/QM, MES, MRP, and related workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture for commercial/retail ecosystems, data flow between SAP and platforms.
• Govern architecture, data integration standards, security, and analytics frameworks.
• Lead and mentor the IT Solution Architecture department and partners to deliver projects on time and budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in Internal IT Application Management, Enterprise Solution Architecture, or IT Consulting, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial or team leadership role.


• Proven track record in designing, supporting, and scaling internal IT ecosystems within FMCG, Beauty, High-Volume Manufacturing, or Retail/E-Commerce sectors.


• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ERP core modules (SAP FI/CO, PP, MM, QM, SD, or S/4HANA), MES, MRP, and Shop Floor Automation.


• Solid experience with internal system integration protocols, including RESTful APIs, SAP CPI/PI/PO, Middleware/ESB, Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise database structures.


• Strong capability in internal business process mapping (BPR), gap analysis, requirement gathering, and translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.


• Exceptional internal stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge non-technical business users with technical development teams.


• Professional certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate/Professional, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL are a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, and execute the enterprise IT solution architecture strategy to align technology capability with overall corporate business goals and long-term growth.


• Serve as a strategic technology partner to C-Level executives, Business Unit Heads, Plant Directors, and Commercial Leaders to address complex business needs, operational bottlenecks, and digital transformation initiatives.


• Drive the continuous roadmap development, integration, and optimization of core manufacturing and operational systems, including SAP PP/MM/QM, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Shop Floor Automation, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Quality Control workflows.


• Oversee the end-to-end internal architecture for commercial and retail ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP ERP and commercial platforms (Marketplace APIs, POS, SFA, CRM, D2C).


• Govern internal corporate application architectures, including SAP Financials (FI/CO), internal controls, executive workflows, e-Procurement, and enterprise HRIS/Payroll platforms.


• Define and enforce enterprise IT architecture governance, data integration standards (SAP CPI/PI/PO, RESTful APIs, Middleware/ESB), data security, and enterprise data analytics frameworks.


• Lead and mentor the IT Solution Architecture department, managing internal development teams, SAP experts, and third-party technology partners to deliver high-impact enterprise projects on time and within budget.
