Job summary

PT Fluid Science Dynamics Indonesia is seeking a seasoned General Manager with deep oil & gas industry experience to lead sales and market development for Artificial Lift technologies. The role requires extensive international experience and strong leadership to grow global accounts.

You will manage key client relationships, coordinate with district managers, and present technical solutions. Travel locally and abroad is expected; English proficiency is essential, and a valid driving license is

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in oil & gas industry with at least 5 years international experience.
• Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to gather market data and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Fluency: English (medium-advanced).
• Valid driving license category A.

Responsibilities

• Target potential customers to grow market share and profits for Artificial Lift operations.
• Prepare monthly customer analysis reports for Petrom and others.
• Introduce new technical solutions to improve pump performance and equipment.
• Conduct monthly customer meetings (online or in person).
• Support international growth through technical assistance from Sales.
• Lead coordination with district managers for collaboration.
• Develop new contractual relationships using available resources.
• Integrate existing and new products/services to grow revenue.
• Conduct market share and price competitiveness surveys and report to Management.
• Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to Management.
• Establish internal and external guidelines.

JOBDESK :

Targets potential customers to grow the market share and the profit in regard with Artificial Lift operations.

Responsible for monthly customers analysis reports for Petrom and other than Petrom.

Responsible for bringing new technical solutions and technologies, with positive impact in the growth of the performance of the pumps and the equipment.

Responsible for the monthly meetings with the customers: online or face to face.

Sustains the international growth of the company through the technical support of the Sales Department.

Coordinating team are responsible for a good collaboration with the district managers.

Uses all the available resources to develop new contractual relationship, seeks the growth of the market share, of the best income to the best limits.

Responsible for the increasing ideas by integrating all existent and new/special products, services, and projects.

Conducts opinion surveys regarding the market share and other surveys related to product competitivity prices on specific geographic areas and reports the results to the Management Senior Team.

Charge with tracking the weak and strong points of the competitor’s activities, as well as communicating to the Management Senior Team.

Establishes internal and external guidelines.
