Job summary

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison seeks a seasoned Partner/Vendor Manager to lead onboarding, certification, and ongoing governance of installer and distribution partners covering the Circle footprint for ODU installation and IDU delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in vendor/partner management, strong negotiation skills on SLA governance, and experience managing outsourced technician networks. IOH emphasizes safety, compliance, and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years in vendor or partner management, field service, or channel operations.
• Strong commercial negotiator with a real grip on SLA governance.
• Experience managing outsourced technician networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard and certify installer and distribution partners to cover the Circle footprint for ODU installation and IDU delivery.
• Plan partner capacity: installers per district against forecast GA, with surge cover for launch and campaign peaks.
• Own the partner SLA framework covering acceptance time, install TAT, first-time-right, rework and escalation, with a monthly scorecard and real consequences.
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms: cost per install, cost per activation, distribution margin, and the penalty and bonus mechanics.
• Certify every partner technician on ODU mounting, alignment and acceptance testing before granting activation rights.
• Govern compliance: work permits, safety, conduct at the customer premise, device custody, and data handling.
• Run partner performance reviews, move volume to the partners who perform, and exit the ones who do not.
• Feed partner-side root causes back to Delivery, Network and HQ, whether the cause is a device defect, a coverage gap or process friction.
