Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a proactive Field Sales Leader to drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth across 4G and 5G initiatives. You will manage distributed sales teams, optimize direct-sales coverage, and ensure compliant, high-quality execution within allocated territories.

You will translate targets into branch objectives, lead pipeline discipline, and coach teams to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and channel performance under national commercial direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience managing consumer field sales, channel productivity and geographically distributed sales teams.
• Strong spreadsheet, presentation and reporting literacy appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

• Translate Circle targets into branch, cluster and sales-force objectives by addressable market and product proposition.
• Lead branch reviews, pipeline discipline, field coverage and corrective action on underperforming territories.
• Increase productive direct sales while coordinating with partner-led channels under national commercial direction.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to move qualified leads and sales orders through successful activation.
• Partner with capability teams on onboarding, deployment, performance and field coaching.
