Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a results-driven professional to coordinate dismantle and device recovery workflows across national sales teams.

You will set processes, SLA, and incentives with the managed service partner, logging requests in iSales and ensuring timely pickup slots and follow-up with customers when needed. You will lead sales programmes, pacing and performance reviews, market readiness, and channel tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the national dismantle and device recovery process and SLA with managed service partner.
• Log requests in iSales and book dismantle/pickup slots; follow up with customers if needed.
• Lead national sales programmes, pacing, and performance reviews.
• Build the national sales plan and cascade targets to circles, branches, and clusters.
• Design and govern incentive schemes and KPIs; manage stock, custody, and reconciliation.
