Job summary

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Group seeks a senior analytics lead to own the national FWA sales metrics and drive the plan from ODU to IDU. You will cascade targets to Circle and branches, manage incentives, and monitor performance against 5G coverage and device stock across the network.

You will coordinate with AEs, team leaders, and sales partners to ensure targets are achievable and payable, with a national view of pacing and corrective action when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales analytics and KPI management.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and leadership.
• Familiarity with incentive design and performance governance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the national FWA sales number for ODU and IDU; builds the plan and cascades it to Circle and branches.
• Runs programmes and incentives to deliver the national targets and ensures they are payable.
• Runs weekly national reviews and coordinates readiness for new cities or clusters.
• Maintains a single national view of pacing across direct and partner channels and ensures corrective action.
• Models and governs sales incentive schemes and maintains partner SLAs.
