Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi, a licensed P2P Fintech in Indonesia, seeks a Relationship Manager Funding to acquire clients/lenders for funding in P2P, assist customers, and maintain strong relationships. The role aims to achieve revenue targets and drive growth through strategic partnerships and expert funding solutions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in P2P or banking, with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to excel in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in P2P or banking.
• Strong communication, selling and presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills and marketing strategies to grow sales.
• Extensive relationships or networking, especially with HNWI.
• Experience handling funding product investments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients/lenders for funding in P2P.
• Assist customer inquiries and needs (creating, managing, and optimizing accounts).

Relationship Manager Funding Responsibilities

• 1. Funding relationship manager who will acquire new client / lender for funding in P2P (Pendanaan)
• 2. Assist costumer-related inquiries and needs (creating, managing, and optimizing accounts)
• 3. Maintain existing Customer/ lender by providing the best services
• 4. Work towards achieving set revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth
• 5. Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement
• 6. Responsible for maintaining a current portfolio, good relations, providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers.

Requirements

• 1. Min. Education Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable University
• 2. Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences from Peer-to-peer and or Banking Industry
• 3. Have good skills in communication, selling, and presentation
• 4. Have negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales
• 5. Have extensive relationships or networking especially with HNWI
• 6. Have an experience in handling funding product investment

Qualifications
