Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi seeks an experienced RM Funding team lead to drive lender acquisition and oversee a high-performing group. You will guide coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day supervision to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

Responsibilities include leveraging personal networks and team-driven strategies to grow lender onboarding, managing inquiries, and delivering regular reports to support revenue growth and strategic company goals.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer industry or Banking, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
• Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs (account creation, management, and optimization).
• Monitor, analyze, and drive team performance to meet revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying, recommending, and assisting in the selection of new RM Funding team members.
