Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking a results-driven RM Funding Manager in Semarang to lead a growing lending team. You will drive lender acquisition, oversee day-to-day inquiries, and coordinate efforts to achieve revenue targets.

In this role, you will mentor teammates, provide regular performance feedback, and help recruit new RM Funding staff while collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in P2P or Banking, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and networks.
• Supervise and support the team in lender-related inquiries and needs.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet revenue targets.
• Provide regular reports, feedback and training to boost productivity.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting new RM Funding team members.
