Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for the RM Funding team in Balikpapan. You will lead and mentor a sales-focused team, supervise lender-related inquiries, and drive growth in line with revenue targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, delivering coaching and training, generating regular reports, and assisting in recruitment activities. Excellent leadership, communication, selling, and CRM skills are required in this dynamic Indonesian

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer or Banking, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
Supervise and support the team in lender-related inquiries (account creation, management, optimization).
Monitor, analyze, and drive team performance to meet revenue targets and growth.
Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance productivity.
Support recruitment by identifying and assisting in selecting new RM Funding team members.
