Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) is looking for a results-driven Lender Relations professional in Jakarta to acquire new lenders and strengthen partnerships. You will negotiate strategic alliances and strive to meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 1 year in peer-to-peer or banking, and demonstrates strong communication, selling, and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience from peer-to-peer industry or banking industry.
Strong communication, selling and presentation skills.
Negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales.
Extensive relationships or networking.

Responsibilities

Acquire New Potential Lender
Assist Lender-related inquiries and needs (Creating, Managing, and Optimizing Accounts)
Maintain existing Lender by providing the best services
Work towards achieving set revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth
Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement
Responsible for maintaining a current portfolio, good relations, providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers
