Job summary

Darwinbox seeks a Functional Consultant to drive HR digital transformation in Jakarta, implementing the Darwinbox HRMS for enterprise clients. You will map business processes, design solutions, and coordinate with product teams to deliver end-to-end deployments within project timelines.

The role requires strong experience in HR transformation, change management, and HRMS implementation, plus fluency in English and local language.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting roles.
• Speaks English and Local Language.
• Masters Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
• Understanding of Technology systems; HRMS implementation preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of the product with the client, from business process mapping to user acceptance testing and going live within a defined timeline.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for functional scenarios; prepare blueprint documents and functional specs.
• Coordinate with Development team and superiors to define change requests and client-specific solutions.
• Plan and lead meetings and working sessions with clients and product teams.
• Provide key user training and support to ensure sign-off at milestones per project plan.
• Guide the client through change management and manage internal and external expectations.
• Provide post go-live support before handing over to Customer Success team.
• Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team.

We are looking for a Consultant role based in Jakarta, plays a pivotal role in managing change during the HR digital transformation process, particularly in the implementation of the Darwinbox HRMS.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demo. Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases.
• Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case.
• Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams.
• Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.
• Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations.
• Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team).
• Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS.
• Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team.

Requirements:

• Speaks English and Local Language.
• Master’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
• Min. 4 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting roles.
• Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
