Job summary

Darwinbox in Jakarta is seeking a Consultant to lead HRMS implementation projects for enterprise clients. You will map business processes, configure the Darwinbox HRMS, and drive user acceptance testing to hand over to live operation.

The role requires strong change management, client-facing communication, and the ability to coordinate with development teams. English and local language proficiency, plus 4+ years in HR transformation or HRIS projects, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR transformation, change management, or HRIS implementations.
• Experience with HRMS systems is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to prepare clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation from business process mapping to user acceptance testing and go-live.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions covering HR processes and present client demos.
• Prepare blueprint documents and functional specifications for client-specific use cases.
• Coordinate with development and leadership to define change requests and resolve client needs.
• Plan and lead meetings with clients and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide key user training and post-go-live support until handover.
• Guide clients through change management and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Map benefits delivered through Darwinbox HRMS implementation and document handover to Customer Success.

We are looking for a Consultant role based in Jakarta, plays a pivotal role in managing change during the HR digital transformation process, particularly in the implementation of the Darwinbox HRMS.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demo.
• Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases.
• Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case.
• Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams.
• Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.
• Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations.
• Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team).
• Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS.
• Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team.

Requirements:

• Speaks English and Local Language.
• Master's Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
• Min. 4 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting roles.
• Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
• Proficient in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch.
