Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to help clients adopt KantorKu HRIS, from setup to daily use after go-live. You will work with HR teams to map processes, configure the system, migrate data, train users, and troubleshoot operational issues.

The role blends HRIS implementation, customer success, and hands-on problem solving, requiring strong data handling, clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to manage multiple client projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer success, SaaS implementation, software onboarding, HRIS implementation, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn software products quickly.
• Experience communicating with HR teams and corporate clients.
• Experience with data migration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' HR, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee administration processes.
• Configure KantorKu HRIS based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with employee data preparation, migration, and validation.
• Guide clients through attendance, payroll, leave, approval workflow, and other HRIS setup.
• Troubleshoot product and operational issues raised by clients.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams when issues require technical investigation or product changes.
• Support clients after go-live and ensure they can operate the system independently.

Implementation & Customer Success Specialist (HRIS)

We are looking for an Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to help companies successfully adopt KantorKu HRIS, from initial setup and onboarding to day-to-day usage after go-live.

You will work directly with HR teams to understand their processes, configure the system, migrate data, train users, solve operational issues, and make sure clients can use KantorKu smoothly.

This role combines HRIS implementation, customer success, and hands-on problem solving:

• Understand each client's HR, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee administration processes.
• Configure KantorKu HRIS based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with employee data preparation, migration, and validation.
• Guide clients through attendance, payroll, leave, approval workflow, and other HRIS setup.

• Able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and follow-ups at the same time.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes continue to improve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using or implementing HRIS, payroll, attendance, ERP, accounting, or other B2B SaaS products.
• Understanding of Indonesian HR and payroll processes.
• Experience handling client onboarding or implementation projects.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data cleaning.
• Experience working closely with Product or Engineering teams.
