Job summary

LYD Bali Group is seeking a Welcome Coordinator for La Favela in Badung, Bali. This full-time role focuses on delivering warm, attentive hospitality and a seamless guest experience at the Front Office & Guest Services area.

You will greet guests, manage the welcome area, handle inquiries, assist with check-in/check-out, provide concierge services, and work closely with the team to maintain high standards across venues. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably Front Office/Guest Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
