Job summary

FINNS Bali is seeking a Guest Experience team member to greet guests, provide accurate information about facilities, memberships, events and promotions, and assist with arrivals and special requests. You will coordinate with F&B, Front Office, Retail, Entertainment, and Security to ensure seamless service and collect feedback for improvement.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Provide accurate information on club facilities, membership, events, and promotions.
• Assist with guest arrivals, special requests, and personalized service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Front Office, Retail, Entertainment, Security) for seamless service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collect proactive feedback for improvement.
• Support walk-in and reservation processes, including queue and crowd management.
• Handle guest complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all guest-facing areas.
• Record guest data, feedback, and interactions for service tracking.
• Participate in daily briefings and team coordination; uphold brand standards.
