Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Labuan Bajo is seeking a Management professional to oversee guest services and front desk operations. You will guide staff, manage daily hotel workflows, and ensure high hospitality standards at all guest touchpoints.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, resolving guest issues, and enforcing safety and service policies while maintaining an exceptional guest experience at this luxury property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence, and encourage others using strong interpersonal and communication skills; uphold honesty and integrity; lead by example.
• Supervise and manage employees; understand positions well enough to cover duties in their absence.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes to maintain guest satisfaction.
