Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a skilled Management professional to oversee guest services and front desk operations at our Labuan Bajo property. You will direct guest inquiries, supervise team members, and ensure the highest levels of hospitality are delivered every day.

Responsibilities include maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, resolving service issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year guest services/front desk experience.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front desk operations; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Direct guests and manage flow of inquiries in the lobby.
• Support resolution of service issues and track guest feedback.
• Maintain daily operations with adherence to hotel standards and safety policies.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest relations.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service across the property.
